Floss Dental Magnolia is by far one of the most well equipped, knowledgeable dentistry places I have ever been to. Dr. Castillo and the team of dental assistants are amazing , they have amazing chairside manner and truly put your needs first. I have never felt rushed or felt like the doctor was too busy to talk to me. Even though I know they have a ton of things going on, you truly feel like your dental-health is their priority. Walking in you’re greeted by super friendly reception staff, and the wait is NOT long at all. I had 3 crowns redone at Floss and my experience was great. My 13mo old son was seen for a check up and his experience was fun! He loved all the attention :) They have taken ALL measures to ensure safety of patients by wearing head to to PPE , which is truly appreciated and I observed them wiping down each exam room after a patient left. Dr. Castillo and Dr. Tran are awesome. I keep coming here even though I don't live in the area. I've been coming here for the past 2 years for dental cleanings, for a crown and just today I went to get my molars removed. I can honestly say they know what they are doing and I couldn't believe how fast and painless the extractions were.
